DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

To be honest, no, of course there’s nobody to say that we won’t offer to look that as an option in the near future! 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Refunds


Once your item has been received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming the receipt. 

If you’re approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 - 7 days.

  • Cost and timing
    FREE Shipping on orders over £50 £7.50 for orders under £50 SMALLER ITEMS Smaller items are usually delivered within 5 days, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 6 pm, Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later. Once your item has left the warehouse, we'll send you an email with tracking information. Couriers we use for Standard Shipping are Royal Mail, Hermes and DPD.
  • Help with my delivery
    MY ITEM IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, BUT I'VE PAID FOR IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO? If yourr item is out of stock, we'll email to let you know. If you're happy to wait and the item comes back in stock in 30 days, you'll be billed and the item will be sent to you. If still not available within 30 days we'll cancel the order and refund you. THERE HAS BEEN A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER OR IT HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED - WHAT SHOULD I DO? If your delivery is overdue or your items have been acidentally damaged in transit or for other quiries message our customer service team who will happily help you.
  • I've ordered serval items at once, will they arrive together"
    We always aim to ship items togethee but they may sometimes come seperately depending on what item it is.
  • Returning your product because its unwanted
    Message Customer Service first to state that you want a refund Please return your item unused and in original condition (as it was recieved by you) with proof of purchase within 14 days.
  • Which products can't be returned
    The following products will not be refunded unless faulty or misdescribed. Products which you recieved over 14 days ago Products that have been unsealed (other than to inspect) Products without original packaging or where its been returned in poor conditions Gift cards Where a product has been made for you Products whcih have been opened - ear rings - Underwear or Swimwear - Bedding - Mattresses - Beauty Products - Toilet seats / brushes - Any Personal care products
